Great response from RC Waterproofing! They were able to make it out to our house in a timely manner and adequately went through all of our options. The price was competitive and came with a great warranty. The crew worked quickly and were able to answer my questions. 5 star review. Justin and his team are one of the best companies I have dealt with. I had a unique issue in my custom home where a downspout enclosed in stone/mortar had failed and was causing water over the foundation in our basement. Justin and his team came out (when they said they would no less) and sealed the foundation and installed a new clean out, and while the problem was initially fixed, for some reason it failed again. At no cost and without question, they came out a second time to address the issue standing by the guarantee of their work. Justin talked me through options and solutions even after the fact as we eventually sealed off the enclosed downspout and resolved the issue completely. This was not a straight forward job due to the uniqueness of our home but he worked through potential solutions, gave solid advice, and we figured it out. I don't leave many reviews, but this is one instance when I feel it's important to let others know that this is a high quality company that stands behind their work and is professional as can be. I hired RC Waterproofing after meeting with 3 other companies, one of which wanted $20,000 for a waterproofing system! The other companies were either franchise systems companies or didnt have a good warranty. RC Waterproofing came in and assesed my problem and not only did they take care of my drainage issues, they repaired some leaks without having to rip everything out like the other companies wanted tk do. Been around longer than just about everyone else out there and jt definitely showed while on the job.

Super flexible too. I had to re schedule because of my crazy schedule and Justin was super accommodating. The crew came in, was prompt, walked me through every part of the job, and even helped me move stuff out of the way thag I couldnt do. As an extra bonus, they offered to bury my sump line for free because I was originally going to but I hurt my knee so they did it for me for no cost.
